HIMYM is starting tonight in the US and i'm super psyched! the boy and i finished watching season 3 for the second time last night and we cant wait to find out if robin and barney will end up in a relationship hehehehe. i'm yakking away like a smitten kitten but barney stinson is damn hot.

oooh also looking forward to the start of DH and GA. can't wait!

mmmmm i couldnt resist. this was 5 mins ago when i decided, enough is enough! i cant wait no more! :)

thank heavens D is knocked out early today. must be something in her salmon porridge ;) *scoots off to watch all 4 remaining episodes of Samantha Who with my perfect chocolate companion*

Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake
1½ cup Oreo cookies - crushed
⅓ cup butter - melted
3 packs of cream cheese - soften to room temperature
4 eggs - room temperature
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup sugar
3 tbsps of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
8 Oreo cookies - quartered
6 Oreo cookies - crushed

- preheat oven to 160degC
- in bowl, mix 1½ cup crushed Oreos with melted butter. Mix evenly and pat down on 9" springform pan and set aside
- in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla essense and sour cream with electric mixer at top speed for 2 mins and medium speed for 2 mins
- sift in cocoa powder to prevent lumps
- add in all 4 eggs and mix on medium speed for 3 mins
- pour smooth batter over crust in springform pan
- drop Oreo quarters in batter and bake for 40mins
- once done, run a clean knife along rim of springform pan and then sprinkle remaining 6 crushed Oreo cookies
- refridgerate for at least 6hrs before you devour and be sent to chocolate heaven :)

i've never liked sarah silverman, she was damn irritating in school for scoundrels, and when she was host for the grammy's last year. i saw this on ontd and it's bloody hilarious! i was pissedmad at the boy for unsuccessfully putting baby d to sleep (you don't sing barney's mr sun when you put her to sleeeeeeep grrrr!!) 5 minutes ago but this clip really cracked me up!

a few mths ago, we made a trip to the red one to change our ISP.. terminating our line with the green tube. and the free gift was an 8gb iPod touch. we sold it abt a month ago to a friend, coz i already have an 80gb iPod video, he has the sony walkman mp3 and the only times we really listen to any music is when we're in the car! however..

.. i spent the last 30mins stroking my colleague's brand new ipod touch lovingly.. isso pretty! iWant!

anyways, sayang.. i'm really loving our current new craze, online tv streaming! with the green tube, streaming is impossible, but with the redOne, it's a breeze, innit? let's try to complete all 10 seasons of FRIENDS :)
